• Work across various processes on the Assembly line to manufacture compressors, ensuring high‑quality standards and applying lean manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency.
• Keep the workplace clean, organized and hazard‑free while following Health & Safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily targets.
• Operate in rotating day and evening shifts; must be over 18.
