CS UK Recruitment Ltd is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join an exceptional dialysis clinic in Poole, Dorset. You will provide haemodialysis care, mentor colleagues, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.

The role requires an active NMC PIN and offers a permanent, full-time position with day shifts from Monday to Saturday. A competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000 DOE) and generous benefits are included.

Formación

• Must be registered as a Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in renal nursing preferred.
• Able to adapt to change and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Poole, Dorset area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in renal nursing is preferred
• Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
• Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.
