Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading healthcare provider in Farnborough, Hampshire to recruit a committed Staff Nurse for a dialysis clinic. You will deliver patient-centered haemodialysis care and work within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal applicant is a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin, preferably with renal nursing experience. This permanent, full-time role offers day shifts, monthly pay, and benefits including 35 days’ annual leave.

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in renal nursing is preferred.
• Able to work within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care.
• Mentor and assist team members.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication with patients, users and providers.
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills to deliver high standards of care.

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Farnborough, Hampshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in renal nursing is preferred
• Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
• Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,100 - £37,950 per annum DOE - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
