A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in Sutton, London. You will work for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art facilities with the most technologically advanced equipment.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:
  1. Deliver high standards of individualized care while promoting patient-focused care.
  2. Mentor and assist team members.
  3. Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
  4. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organizations and hospital trusts.
  5. Promote and demonstrate effective communication with patients, users, and providers.
  6. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assist in their implementation and review.
  7. Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality patient care.
  8. Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and help evaluate evidence to improve patient care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  1. Experience in renal nursing is preferred.
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Knowledge of current professional nursing issues.
  4. Ability to adapt to change.
  5. Good interpersonal skills, friendly, outgoing, flexible.
  6. Ability to work effectively within a team.

The successful nurse will receive a salary of GBP 30,000 - GBP 35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This is a permanent full-time role working day shifts from Monday to Saturday. Benefits include:

  • 35 days paid leave per year, including bank holidays.
  • Flexible timings and contracts.
  • Full training and more.
