Qualifications

• HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist with Haematology expertise.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and fast-paced workloads.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operation of the Haematology department.
• Be involved in out-of-hours (OOH) roster after competency is demonstrated.
• Lead on OOH shifts to maintain service quality and TAT targets.
• Maintain stock of reagents and consumables with accurate records.
• Engage in continuous training to keep up to date with developments in the discipline.
• Ensure quality control tests meet analytical standards and perform technical validation of results.
