• IBMS Specialist Diploma or being within 3 months of completion is acceptable.
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to support 24/7 service operations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine Haematology and Blood Transfusion tests as part of a team.
• Assist in maintaining UKAS accreditation and quality systems.
• Train and support Trainee Biomedical Scientists and other staff.
• Work across all sections within Haematology and Blood Transfusion as needed.
• Demonstrate autonomy and contribute to sustained service delivery.
