Job summary

Qualifications

• Have required medical qualifications.
• Haematology experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Attending ward rounds
• Clerking of new admissions
• Undertaking routine clinical procedures on wards
• Follow up management of acute inpatients
• Supervised support of Chemotherapy Unit
• Process chasing of investigations, referrals and procedures
• Prescribing
• Discharge summaries
• Contribute to quality improvement across the pathway
