Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional Assistant Service Manager for Gynaecology services at the Chelsea and Westminster site. You will oversee operational, business and performance management within defined clinical areas and work with Heads of Clinical Services to deliver KPIs.

• Proven NHS management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in service improvement and project delivery

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational, business and performance management for the assigned gynae services
• Support Heads of Clinical Services and Senior Nursing Teams to deliver KPIs and quality standards
• Lead on projects and service improvement initiatives within the Directorate
• Coordinate staff appraisals, development and training plans in line with objectives
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical and patient access teams to ensure smooth patient pathways and timely care
• Lead investigation and coordination of administrative investigations and respond to patient feedback
