Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Chatham to lead a team, maintain high standards and help grow the club’s membership and performance. You will work alongside the General Manager to deliver outstanding member service and commercial results.

The role requires proven management experience in leisure, strong customer service leadership, and a track record of driving sales and local marketing. A Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is preferred, with staff discounts and development

Qualifications

• Proven track record of management within a leisure related industry.
• Passion for customer service and inspirational leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales and coordinate local marketing activities, plus recruit and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard across the club.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report defects to ensure equipment is safe.
