Job summary

Equinox is looking for energetic Front Desk Associates in Greater London to welcome members and guests, scan IDs, and answer inquiries. You will maintain accurate member accounts, handle phone and email inquiries, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient club experience.

You will work as part of a friendly team, support other departments, and contribute to a premium health and fitness environment with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• Energetic, friendly, and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Scan membership IDs upon entry.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members' accounts when needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Support opening/closing/mid-day shifts as required.
• Tour members and assist with directions.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks as needed.
