Equinox Fitness Club in Kensington is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional member experiences and maintain a welcoming reception area. You will greet guests, process membership scans, answer calls, and support members with account updates in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role requires reliability, professionalism, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude, with an interest in health and fitness. Weekend availability and early shifts are expected.

• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Professionally greet members and guests.
• Scan membership IDs.
• Answer phones.
• Update members' accounts.
• Maintain an orderly lobby area.
• Able to work opening shifts and weekends.
