Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a dedicated cleaner to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across our clubs. You will balance interacting with members with completing cleaning and safety tasks, following Health and Safety Employee Policy and our Brand Standard.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work unsupervised while delivering outstanding member service. You will contribute to a welcoming environment and support a fast-paced gym team.

Qualifications

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ability to multi task & work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Ensure the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure uniform standards are being adhered to.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards.
