Job summary

JD Gyms is recruiting a cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across our expanding gym network. You will balance interacting with members while ensuring the facility remains spotless and compliant with health and safety policies.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work unsupervised while delivering exceptional service to members and staff.

Qualifications

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passion for exceeding expectations.
• Experience in a similar role with the ability to multi task and work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep the building and its equipment safe to use.
• Ensure the whole gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to assist in delivering exceptional standards across the group.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
