Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a General Assistant (Cleaner) to uphold exceptional cleanliness and presentation across the club. You will help maintain floors, changing facilities and high standards to ensure a welcoming, safe environment for members.

This 20-hour-per-week role focuses on delivering clean facilities, strong teamwork and reliable, flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Training and support are provided to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in cleaning/facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain gym areas, studios, changing rooms and communal spaces.
• Sanitise equipment and touchpoints to high standards.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and daily checks.
• Coordinate waste disposal and restock supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly.
• Support the wider team to deliver an excellent member experience.
• Maintain high cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times.
