Job summary

Roche UK is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee operational QA processes and support Qualified Persons in fulfilling legal obligations. You will translate global GxP requirements into Roche policies, drive compliance, and help maintain the Licence to Operate.

In this role, you will work within a dynamic, multi‑disciplined team, continuously improving quality systems and collaborating with internal and external partners to uphold high standards for patient safety and product

Qualifications

• GxP Quality Assurance experience providing quality and compliance support for unplanned and planned events, CAPA management, document management, and Quality Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational QA processes and support Qualified Persons in fulfilling company and legal obligations.
• Translate external and global GxP requirements into Roche policies and procedures.
• Be adaptable to change and identify opportunities while maintaining compliance to protect Roche UK’s Licence to Operate.
• Collaborate in an empowered, self‑managed, multi‑skilled team to deliver foundational and squad-prioritised work.
• Be authentic, self‑accountable and a creative problem solver, cultivating collaborative relationships across the organisation.
