Job summary

Sandoz Ltd. is seeking a Qualified Person to lead local GxP activities and ensure compliance with GMP directives. You will drive quality processes, manage investigations, CAPAs, and audits within the country organisation, aligning with global QA standards.

Ideal candidates have life science credentials, comprehensive GxP knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to support a right-first-time quality culture. Bracknell-based, with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Life science degree level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry with GxP knowledge.
• Detailed knowledge of GMDP requirements relating to manufacturing, packaging, licensing, release and post-market responsibilities.
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead local execution of quality systems and compliance to GxP requirements.
• Monitor compliance of quality activities and perform quality reviews.
• Support audits and inspections as content expert.
• Conduct risk/impact evaluations for product decisions and quality systems.
