Job summary

Bath Spa Station is seeking Customer Service Assistants to support passengers during planned railway engineering works. You will greet passengers, provide travel information, and direct them to replacement bus services, prioritising safety and helpful service.

Candidates must be 18+, able to stand for extended periods, and have a valid Right to Work in the UK with clear English communication. Availability for all stated dates is essential.

Customer Service Assistant - Bath Spa Train Station

We are recruiting Customer Service Assistants to support customers at Bath Spa Station during planned railway engineering works.

As the first and last point of contact on a customer's journey, you will play a vital role in providing assistance, directions and travel information while replacement bus services operate in place of trains. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring passenger safety are our top priorities.

Pay rate: £13.45

Dates

• 27th November 2026 to 30th November 2026
• 24th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027

Excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day

You must be available to commit to all required dates to be considered for this role.

Shift Times

• 08:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• Additional shift patterns may be available depending on operational requirements.

Important Location Requirement

Due to the nature of these engineering works and replacement transport arrangements, applicants must live locally to Bath Spa Station or have a reliable means of travelling to and from work.
