Full Spectrum Print & Marketing is seeking an experienced Guillotine Operator to join our Basildon production team in Essex. The role focuses on safely cutting printed sheets to exact specifications using a Polar Guillotine, preparing work for folding, binding, packing, or dispatch.

You will ensure accuracy, check sizes and quality, and support colleagues across finishing operations. We value reliability, organisation and a practical approach to quality control in a busy print environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience operating guillotine equipment in a commercial print or finishing environment.
• Experience operating a Polar Guillotine.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to cut accurately to specification.
• Safe working practices in a busy print production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Polar Guillotine to cut sheets to job specifications.
• Prepare work for folding, stitching, binding, packing or dispatch.
