Job summary

Smurfit Westrock seeks a production operator to support packaging operations in a fast-paced environment. You will interpret work instructions, run machinery to achieve target quality and volume with minimal waste, and maintain housekeeping to pharmaceutical standards.

Job Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities

• Understanding and correctly interpreting the job bags (works instruction).
• To run the machine to meet the quality standards and planned volume to optimum output, using minimum waste.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping to the pharmaceutical standards.
• Undertake all duties in accordance with current operating procedures and quality policies. The job holder should ensure that they are aware and understand all such policies and procedures.
• Perform general and routine maintenance of the machine and equipment and to advise the supervisor or senior management of any preventative or additional maintenance required.

Working Hours

3x 12 hour shifts per week rotating between 6:30am-6:30pm and 6:30pm-6:30am
