An Application Support Analyst with experience supporting Guidewire Applications is required for a specialty insurer in the Lloyd's market. The role involves building out a new team to support the Claims department and the integration of Guidewire into the wider application estate.
The organisation is a highly successful Lloyd's insurer based in the City of London. You should have prior experience supporting insurance-based applications, particularly Guidewire ClaimCenter.
You should have a technical background, capable of interrogating databases and SQL queries, managing and escalating tickets efficiently.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction with third parties and relaying IT issues to non-technical stakeholders.
You should have knowledge of SQL databases and be eager to grow within the team, contributing suggestions for process improvements and optimizations.
