Qualifications

• Physical role requiring standing most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every room is kept at its absolute best for guests.
• Assist guests with requests and directions around the hotel.
• Keep supervisor updated on progress and any issues.
• Monitor supplies to minimise waste and manage stock.
• Reuniting guests with lost items and assisting with deep cleaning tasks.
