Job summary

HotelCare are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards across our guest rooms. You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and maintained to high standards.

Joining a dynamic team, you will contribute to guest satisfaction and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service in line with our brand. Flexibility to work some weekends and varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Able to lift, bend and stand for long periods.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of the guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
