Job summary

One Hundred Shoreditch is seeking a Room Attendant to help create a welcoming, impeccably clean environment for every guest. You will clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards, change bed linen and replenishments, and ensure rooms are presented beautifully for arrival.

We value reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hotel setting. Flexible to shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with benefits and a focus on hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Enjoys fast-paced environments and flexible to shifts.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
• Change bed linen, replenish towels, toiletries and guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are presented beautifully and ready for arriving guests.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping storage areas and equipment in a clean, organised manner.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room targets without compromising quality.
• Support colleagues across Housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
