Village Hotels Eastleigh is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain spotless bedrooms and corridors and to deliver a warm, guest‑facing service. You will work as part of our housekeeping team, upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel.

No previous experience is essential—your energy, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most. We offer training, supportive colleagues, and plenty of opportunities to grow within Village Hotels.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
