While our initial focus is to build the brand in central London (arguably the best capital city in the world), the venture will roll out globally, catering to aspirational business and leisure travelers everywhere, regardless of their length of stay.

Working Hours: average of 42 hours per week based on a 4 days on/4 days off schedule.

The Other House is seeking a dynamic and energetic Guest Services Supervisor who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the House, serving residents, members, and guests. This individual should have a creative mindset, excellent guest service skills, and a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalized service. The role involves entrepreneurial Front of House operations with a focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

About you

• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Experience supervising team members
• Experience managing and resolving customer queries and complaints
• An entrepreneurial personality, innovative and able to drive change and operational efficiencies
• Previous experience in a Front of House hospitality role (preferred)
• A creative spark that leaves a lasting impression
• Intuitive service flair
• Excellent command of English—verbal and written
• Second language (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, engaging, and dynamic personality
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong task and time management abilities
• The right to work in the UK
