Ethos Farm are delighted to be recruiting for a Receptionist/ Guest Services associate located at Electric Boulevard in Battersea Power Station, London’s Newest Urban Quarter.

The iconic Grade II* listed building and local spaces are being brought back to life as one of the world's most exciting and innovative mixed-use neighbourhoods.

Responsibilities:

Greeting occupiers and their guests to 50 Electric Boulevard with a warm welcome and a

warm farewell when they leave, demonstrating our Service Personality so that everyone wants

to rave about us!

Supporting building security through complying with access control processes, signing in

guests, being vigilant to potential threats and working with the site security team

Providing information to occupiers and their guests on topics such the building, services, the

Power Station, and onward travel

Receiving and responding to inbound telephone calls and emails, always finding a solution

and giving a great level of service

Supporting occupiers with their event planning in our event spaces, and coordinating event

plans with other service partners in line with the standard operating procedure

Completing all reporting requirements with accuracy, including data input, fault reporting, and

updating of occupier information records

Being part of the 50 Electric Boulevard response team and providing response during incidents

and contingency events, such as fire alarm activations, in line with the standard operating

procedures.

The required skills are:

Confidence using IT equipment and systems, for example laptop, tablet, phone, diary, email,

access control and fault logging systems and capturing data and reporting

Excellent written English including spelling and grammar with the ability to reply to emails

from occupiers, guest and the client

Flexibility and a can-do attitude (things are likely to change during the mobilisation period)

Confidence working alone and prioritising tasks, including during periods of intense workload

Confidence giving a warm, friendly and professional service in line with our Service Personality,

and communicating effectively to corporate clients (occupants and their guests) in a corporate

office environment

Being a team player, working effectively together with others across different service partners

and with the client directly.

Monday to Sunday. Shifts patterns are 9 hours 09:30-18:30 or 12:30 - 21:30 with Fridays and Saturdays ending at 22:30. Candidate must be able to do a mixture of weekends and weekdays. Ideally we are looking for 32-40 hours per week.

Wage: £13.85 per hour
