Job Title: Guest Services Night Manager

We are seeking a Guest Services Night Manager to work with our Guest Services Hosts and the wider team across public areas, lobby, reception, and R&B spaces. Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle hotels
  • Knowledge of Front Office operations
  • F&B/Barista experience is preferred but training can be provided

  • Engage with guests across our lively lobby, bar, and host stand, maintaining a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Represent Wilde as a brand ambassador with enthusiasm and pride
  • Create memorable guest experiences through excellent communication and teamwork

  • Greet guests warmly, understand their needs, and personalize service
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail
  • Manage your shift seamlessly, including health & safety and complaint resolution
  • Innovate and seek continuous improvement
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive culture and engage with the local community
