Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a hourly rate of £14.38, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As a Guest Services Host for Estelle Manor, you will be responsible for providing both an exceptional welcome and farewell experience to our members and guests. You will be one of the greatest ambassadors for Estelle Manor and as such you should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction whilst delivering an outstanding service to our members and guests. With excellent knowledge of the estate to answer queries that may come your way, your genuine passion for hosting will shine through.
