Job summary

Premier Inn Exeter City Centre is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and help with breakfast or dinner while keeping reception and public areas tidy. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour with 7.5 guaranteed hours per week on a permanent contract.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with no zero-hours contracts. No hotel experience needed; friendly, helpful people who stay calm under pressure will fit in.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner to guests.

• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
