Job summary

Hilton in Birmingham is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Assistant for 8 hours per week with morning and evening shifts. You will join a busy hotel team delivering friendly guest service at breakfast and throughout the guest journey.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT (FOOD & BEVERAGE) AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

· Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, making their first impression unforgettable.

· Replenishing the breakfast buffet ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene are maintained at all times

· Clearing breakfast tables

· Cleaning and restocking the breakfast buffet area after breakfast.

· Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests’ stays memorable.

· Preparing simple meals and drinks ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene are maintained at all times

· Identifying potential sales leads

· Manage daily tasks like cleaning, food preparation and compliance checks with efficiency, staying cool under pressure.

· Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests’ stays memorable.
