Job summary

Hilton in Brighton seeks a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences across bar, restaurant, room service and events.

You’ll greet guests, take and serve orders, set tables, and ensure cleanliness and safety while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within Hilton's renowned hospitality culture.

Responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service.
• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
