Job summary

Hyatt London is seeking a Guest Services Agent to provide attentive welcome and seamless telephone support for guests at Park Hyatt London River Thames. You will answer calls, direct inquiries, and coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, attentiveness, and proficient use of switchboard equipment to maintain accurate records and deliver effective communications across the hotel network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and attentiveness.
• Proficiency in operating switchboard equipment and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage switchboard console and other telecommunication devices effectively.
• Keep accurate records of all calls, including caller, recipient, and nature of the call.
• Liaise with internal departments and external organizations to facilitate smooth communication.
