Job summary

HotelCare are recruiting a Room Attendant to join our nationwide hotel support team. You will clean guest rooms to high standards, change linens, restock amenities and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a permanent contract with flexible hours, on-site training, lunch on duty where available, and career progression opportunities. Applicants should be able to work weekends and lift heavy items as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to lift and stand for long periods.
• Good communication and handling guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to requests promptly.
