HotelCare are committed to excellence in hotel services, and our Room Attendants maintain impeccable room cleanliness across hotels nationwide. You will follow established standards, restock amenities, and ensure guest rooms are secure and private.

This permanent role offers flexible hours with weekend availability, on-site training, and a pension scheme after probation. Must be physically able to lift and stand for long periods while delivering courteous service.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver courteous service to guests.
• Good time management and attention to detail are essential.
• Flexible to work different hours, including weekends.

Mansioni

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure guest room security and guest privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests.
