HotelCare are committed to excellence in housekeeping. As a Room Attendant you will clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards, change linens, restock amenities, and maintain stock of supplies in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will work with the team, follow safety protocols, report maintenance issues, and provide professional service to guests, ensuring privacy and high levels of cleanliness across hotels nationwide.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, stand for long periods and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and organisation.
• Flexible, can-do attitude with a focus on guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces and maintain hygiene throughout the room.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to requests.
