Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to guest requests promptly.
