Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
• Ability to lift, move and stand for extended periods with good physical stamina.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure room security and guest privacy.
• Provide professional, respectful service and respond to guest requests promptly.
