Job summary

HotelCare are seeking a proactive Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms across hotels. You will be responsible for changing linens, restocking amenities, dusting and sanitising surfaces, and reporting any maintenance issues.

A strong customer focus and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Join a team offering permanent contracts, flexible hours, and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in hospitality, housekeeping or room attendant roles.
• Must be physically able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure security and privacy of guests' rooms.
• Provide professional, respectful service and respond to guest requests quickly.
