Job summary

HotelCare are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold impeccable cleanliness across guest rooms, delivering high standards of hygiene and guest comfort in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will change bed linens, replace towels, restock amenities, dust, vacuum and sanitize surfaces, while reporting maintenance issues and ensuring guest privacy. This permanent role offers up to 28 days holiday, on-site training, pension, and progression opportunities with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work weekends and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of the guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
