Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland seeks a Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience. You will prepare bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry, replenish supplies, and report issues to the Head Housekeeper. Flexibility across days and a focus on presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous experience as a hotel housekeeper.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
• Reliability and personal presentation are important for guest-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution.
• Replenish guest supplies and report lost property or damaged items.
• Report to Head Housekeeper and help keep cupboards stocked.
• Clean corridor areas within your section and follow health & safety guidelines.
• Complete any other duties requested by Head Housekeeper.
