Job summary

Heeton Concept Hotel Luma Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms, restock amenities, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition to support a seamless guest experience.

We value reliability and the ability to work both independently and with colleagues. Training and development opportunities are available, and you will play a key role in maintaining high standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Restock and maintain the trolley on a daily basis.
• Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure replacement or repair to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensure equipment in and around guest rooms and work areas is in working condition.
• Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly.
• Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.
• Carry out lost property procedures.
• Assist other departments where necessary and maintain good working relationships.
