Job summary

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms. Training and support will be provided to help you grow within the hotel brand.

You will replenish supplies, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. A strong eye for detail and reliable work ethic are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, guest-focused approach and confident communication with guests and colleagues.
• Full Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring timely readiness and brand compliance.
• Replenish linen, towels and amenities while keeping trolley stocked and organised.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments to deliver excellent service.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns per hotel procedures.
• Handle guests' belongings with care and professionalism while following housekeeping standards.
