The Bloomsbury Hotel in London seeks a Guest Relations Manager to coordinate and deliver world‑class service for every guest. You will also conduct daily Duty Management shifts, acting as the hotel ambassador and handling emergencies with composure.
This hands‑on leadership role blends guest relations, duty management and exceptional service, aiming to create the personalised Forbes‑standard guest experience your team will deliver.
As a great Guest Relations Manager, you will have to co-ordinate, plan and execute all activities focused on delivering world-class service to every guest in the hotel. Also, you will have to conduct daily Duty Management shifts, to be an ambassador for the hotel, providing an immediate management point of contact for guests, colleagues and to deal effectively with all emergency procedures within the hotel. Experience in Opera Cloud is preffered but not required.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining Guest Relations, Duty Management and exceptional service, with a focus on delivering the personalised, intuitive experience expected of a Forbes-standard hotel.
The role operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, with overnight coverage required when needed. Flexibility around night shifts is therefore essential.
