Job summary

Andras House Ltd is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to ensure rooms and suites are consistently fresh and welcoming for guests. You will contribute to a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort across Belfast properties, supporting team collaboration and delivering true hospitality.

The role focuses on efficient room turnover, guest assistance, safety awareness, and active participation in company training and development programs within a growing hotel group in Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• High standards of attention to detail.
• Strong time management and flexibility with working hours.
• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Must have a clear understanding of speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Keep rooms in top condition and make them welcoming for guests.
• Assist guests with basic needs and directions.
• Notify supervisor of room service progress and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE when required.
• Minimise waste and manage supplies efficiently.
• Log lost and found items per procedures.
• Maintain a smart appearance in uniform and name badge.
• Support with deep cleaning and turndown duties.
• Attend departmental and hotel training.
