Job summary

Travelodge Belfast Central is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to keep rooms fresh and welcoming for guests after a busy day. You will be part of a team that ensures high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

You’ll help guests with basic needs, report any repairs, and follow safety procedures while wearing PPE. Training and career progression opportunities are available within the Andras Hotels Group.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience within a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• High standards of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and flexible working hours.
• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Keep hotel rooms clean, tidy and welcoming for guests.
• Assist guests with basic needs and directions.
• Update supervisor on room service progress and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Log lost and found items and contact owners.
• Assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties as needed.
• Participate in training and team tasks as required.
