Mitie is seeking friendly Guest Services Hosts to join Gunwharf Quays for the festive season in Portsmouth. You’ll be the first contact for guests, delivering outstanding service and local information while ensuring a stress-free visit.

Activities include assisting with enquiries, rotating shifts, and staying flexible on weekends and evenings; seasonal contracts range 8-30 hours with potential extension into permanent or recurring seasonal roles.

• Know our centre so you can answer questions from all those working, visiting or living around Gunwharf Quays.
• Demonstrate cooperation, professionalism and team spirit within our Guest Services Team.
• Work with a positive demeanour and support others in the team when required.
• Be open to change and be flexible within your team where requirements are necessary.
• The role of Guest Services includes being inside and outside all times of the year, all weathers and rotate in/out with colleague.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences by providing outstanding service, offering centre information, assisting with guest enquiries, and helping to ensure every visit is enjoyable and stress-free.

There is opportunity when the seasonal contract ends to extend into a permanent or reoccurring seasonal contract. Seasonal contracts range from 8-30 hour. Must be able to start within the first 2 weeks of November and be available throughout December.
