Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking friendly Waiting Staff to deliver exceptional service across our restaurants, bars, and venues in Windermere. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, and help guests have a memorable experience in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using tills.
• Serving food and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Preparing, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy and inviting venue.
• Engaging with guests and providing information on menus, specials, and promotions.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menus, allergens, and daily offers.
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
