Premier Inn Doncaster Lakeside is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in, serve meals and help keep the hotel running smoothly.

This permanent role is 30 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No previous hotel experience required; training provided and opportunities to learn new skills.

• Ability to stay calm and provide helpful assistance during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfasts or evening meals and assist guests as needed.
• Answer questions and resolve issues to ensure a smooth stay.
• Maintain reception, restaurant and public areas to a high standard.
• Support teammates during busy periods and ensure guest needs are met.
