Job summary

Premier Inn in Doncaster (Lakeside) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, check them in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist with enquiries to ensure a smooth stay. Shifts include evenings and weekends in a busy hotel environment.

Approximately 30 hours per week, pay up to £13.06 per hour, with opportunities to learn and progress across Premier Inn. We value friendly, proactive people who stay calm under pressure and enjoy helping others.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and helpful with guests.
• Capable of staying calm under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
• Able to handle enquiries and resolve issues quickly and politely.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals when required.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
