Job summary

Kilworth House Hotel and Theatre is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage team member to assist in the running of the hotel's bars, restaurants, private dining and lounge areas. You will help ensure a welcoming, efficient service and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

You\'ll support the team to maximise guest satisfaction, lay up dining spaces to the required standard, and participate in training and daily operational tasks. This role requires reliability and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• To ensure an efficient and welcoming service to guests in Bars, Restaurants, Private Dining and Lounge areas.
• To work to the Standard of Performance manuals within the department.
• To keep Restaurants and Front of House areas clean and tidy and provide a welcoming environment.
• To maximise the financial potential of the Bars and Restaurants – at every opportunity.
• To lay up the restaurant and dining rooms to the correct standard.
• To assist other members of the Food and Beverage Team as required.
• To maintain hygiene standards in areas of responsibility.
• To ensure all transactions are billed and all monies received.
• To attend training as requested by your Supervisor or Catering Manager.
• Fire Evacuation procedures. Statutory obligations in line with Company Policies.
